Cancellation Policy

Appointments need to be canceled within a timely manner. We just ask that you provide as much time as possible. We understand things happen.

NO CALL NO SHOW appointments full session amount may be charged.

Cancellation- any appointment canceled with 12 hours may be subjected to a $40 cancellation fee.

You can safely cancel your appointment op to 24 hours prior to appointment with no fee.

Package Sales

No Refunds will be issued on Cryoskin/ Massage packages. The if you choose to cancel the package all sessions up to that point will go back to full price, from there the remainder will be added as a credit that can be used with Taylor & CO.

remainder credit can be used for different services or gifted.

Draping Policy

Taylor & Co uses all standard massage draping. No exceptions.
